Hola, mi nombre es Juan Manuel, vivo en La Paz, B.C.S.,México- Tengo 43 años y estoy muy contento de haber terminado el Reto de 8 semanas, aunque tengo 7 meses de conocer este producto, nunca me había dado el tiempo de hacer un Reto completo, y menos de entrar aun gimnasio.
Mi meta era tonificar y aumentar mi masa muscular, y de 103.2 kg / baje hasta 98.1 kg.
Claro que esto es sólo el principio, quiero llegar a estar en los 88 kgs, y espero lograrlo en mis próximos ciclos del Reto.
