Hello everyone! I´m Rosa and I entered the best body challenge, again, because I love YOR HEALTH PRODUCTS, so I take them every day and the callenge is my daily reminder to stay on track.
It was a bit difficult this time because I still don´t have my tyroid dosis stable and I got the flu, but also because I was mentally weak on Christmas time, I gave in and ate stuff I don´t eat anymore, the good thing is that I still took the products so it helped me not to go that much off track.

I like boxing so I do one hour every day, and when I´m out of town I walk (can´t run cause of siatic, which by the way try the frankincense oil with Lavander and Coco, it does wonders, I am free of pain now, just don´t want to run yet)
