Products I used this time were mainly yor shake, digest ultra, yor repair ultra, super slim, amino hydrate and yor super greens. I had the shake as a post workout or addition to a smoothie, amino hydrate as a pre workout, repair ultra twice a day morning and night when I did heavy workouts, super greens just after waking up, digest ultra with solid meals and super slim before a meal.
Working out mainly was doing insanity, a bit of gym mainly free weights 4-6 times a week. With the products I was able to have faster recovery between workouts and better digestion as well as able to build muscles. loving the changes in my body.
