Im so grateful that I completed the YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge!!!!! Years ago my body hit a plateau and I've felt so frustrated since because no amount of diet or exercise would change the way my body looked. I always felt so hopeless because I was just stuck regardless of what I did. Being in that position made me feel very upset about myself as I thought there wouldn't be anything that could help.
Luckily I had a friend that suggested I try YOR Health and as soon as I started taking the supplements I felt the change of what proper nutrition can do. My energy levels shot through the roof and have stayed that way since, I can work even harder and faster, and when I wake up in the morning I'm energised and pumped to get on with my day. I thought I was healthy before but I can honestly say I didn't know what healthy felt like until now and OH MY GOD what a difference it makes haha
I now smash through my workouts 5 days a week and I've even thrown in some Bikram Yoga to mix it up. Every morning I always have my YOR Super Greens & YOR Fibre Plus (or my Super Woman shake as I like to call it) to kickstart my day, then I use the Vanilla MRP post workout or during the day as a snack to settle my cravings. It's also a lifesaver when I'm on the go and I can drink it on the way to my next meeting. I also love drinking my water with a drop of Lemon & Pink Grapefruit Bare Oils (YUMM)!
This challenge has not only changed my body but my mind as well, I have never been more disciplined and motivated to achieve my goals. With this challenge what I have tried to do for 4 years I have managed to achieve and see amazing results in under 2 months! My muscles are now a lot more defined, I am the strongest I've ever been and I've FINALLY lost those few kilos that wouldn't shift. I have never felt this much control over the way I can form my body thanks to YOR Health! It has given me my confidence back, in my body and in myself. Now that I know what I can achieve with the products I'm so pumped to push myself to the next level and go even harder as well as helping others to do the same. Bring on challenge #2!!!!
