Hola. Soy Kaled, tengo 14 años. No siempre fui tan gordito, pero por no comer bien y no hacer nada de ejercicio subí mucho de peso. Hace unos meses mi papá entró a Yor y los dos entramos al reto. A mi me gusta mucho la malteada de vainilla y también me tomo las digestivas con mis comidas. A veces me tomo la malteada dos veces, en la mañana y en la noche.
