Since the start of my 8 week challenge i have been on a boat out at sea. Usually this time of year i put on a few extra kilos and get lazy. This year with the help of the yor products i have managed to maintain a steady energy level and gain muscle. It definitely gave me that extra push that i needed entering in the challenge but i have now got good habbits with eating training and supplements that will last a lifetime.

Daily i have the probiotics when i wake up. Super greens and berry blast just after. Digest ultra and the essential vitamins with meals. Aminos whilst working out and repair with my last meal of the day. I also have the lemon bare oil in my water throughout the day and the peppermint to help cool my body after workouts. The frankincense and peppermint have definitely come in handy to soothe sore muscles.
