Hola a todos mi nombre es Martín Miranda y este es mi tercer reto de 8 semanas en el cual estoy muy feliz de seguir teniendo increíbles resultados!!
Debido a mi sobrepeso siempre me costó mucho trabajo hasta caminar el día de hoy puedo decir que camino de 45 a 60 minutos diarios!! Me siento muy feliz por qué sé que estoy retomando el control de mi salud y de mi vida!!
En la mañana me 2 probioticos seguido de mi malteada ya sea de vainilla o chocolate con fibra. A media mañana me tomo mis vitaminas y mis Berrys! A la hora de la comida como más saludable que antes. Al inicio de la comida tomo mi YOR Shape y mis YOR digest ultra! A media tarde tomo mis Súper Greens y antes de dormir mis Repair!!
