I've been skinny my whole life, but never worked out hard enough to have my dream body. I've always strived to have 4-pack abs, but that's the most difficult thing for me to do. Joining this challenge has definitely put me to work because I'm making all of my information public, so everyone can see my progression. My current weight is 110lbs and my goal weight was to be 115 pounds. I was only able to gain 2 pounds during this 8 week challenge, which means I am making progress. I was able to gain it through weight training, cardio and core exercises. The support system I have had throughout this challenge has been amazing. I would not have been able to do it with my workout partners and the people who kept me on track, both physically and mentally. Also, by minding my diet and taking ALL of the Yor Health products everyday. I exercise at least 3 times a week while incorporating soccer 1-2 times a week. I believe that working out and eating right should be fun and not something you have to force yourself to do. So far I have been feeling a lot better and stronger about myself. I plan on continuing on to the next challenge because there's always room for improvement and I can always better my best.
