I have entered this challenge again was really to try to maintain my shape throughout the festive seasons including Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year. I am grateful to have my products with me and support my goal. I have minimal time to do my workout routines, yet I have enjoyed all my meals and I have managed to trim my body weight from 68kg to 65.3kg.

Throughout the days I have used my products with my meals. I try to keep my diet clean when I am not eating with festive meals. I will eat anything I can during the Festive meals.

I wake up with YOR Repair Ultra, followed by a shake with YOR SuperGreens, YOR Fiber Plus, and YOR Vanilla Shake. When I am hungry in the morning, I will have fruits then any breakfast food I can find, ie pancakes, bread, oats etc.

During lunch and dinner, I will have YOR Digest Ultra, YOR Essential Vitamins and YOR SuperSlim with my meal and I tend to have sandwiches, salads, pasta on normal days.

At night before I go to sleep, I will have another YOR SuperGreens, YOR Fiber Plus and follow by YOR Probiotics and YOR Repair Ultra.

With this routine, I managed to stay satisfied with my meals and I don't feel heavy and bloated. I wake up in the morning light and with energy to support my daily routines. Absolutely love my products, I have recommended to my family and friends to join the challenge.
