Hey all
My name is Shannon
This is the 3rd challenge I have started but the first I have completed
I am a person who would generally go with the flow and wouldn't stay consistent with the gym or a program, and this is why I failed at completing my first 3 challenges, because I wanted to change but had failed twice this dropped my confidence and I really hated my body shape and wanted a change
This time around I wanted a full change in the way I went about the gym, how I took the supplements and how I went about life
I began to take each of my supplements at correct times using the regimen on the app so from the pro biotic to the shakes and berry blast when I felt a crash in energy coming on, I began a rewire program to help me with the gym and how I become consistent, and I began to add more cardio into my days, also with that I began to tighten the reigns on what I ate without restricting to much
This challenge has helped me gain confidence in the way I approach each day and I'm feeling amazing and I am also able to share it all with my fiancé who has also began a healthier lifestyle
With this challenge I did have hurdles, the old habits snuck back at times and motivation slumped but with the help of team members and other people accessing the same 8 week challenge I was able to stay focused and complete the challenge
The end result wasn't the exact weight I wanted to lose but the way I feel about completing a challenge and how my body feels after sticking to a cleaner healthier plan is more than I could ask for, I'm even beginning to see(if you look close enough) some shape of abs which has been forever ago
This won't be my last challenge as I plan to jump straight into another and continue to set goals for s happy healthier lifestyle
For anyone out there who struggles with consistency or confidence, I feel your pain it's not easy and it takes time but the end result is what you set out for.
