Hi Everyone I'm Josh, I currently work as a social worker. My job requires a lot of stress and emotional roller coaster. I deal with youth who are at risk of self harm, drug and alcohol abuse, domestic violence, juveniles, and broken down homes. Basically the bottom line is I see a lot of different things and each day is certainly different. I play sports to relax and escape from the world, sports I play are touch football, rugby league and boxing, I also started cross fit.
As part of my job it can really takes its toll and lunch breaks are not easy to come by. I took on the challenge because end of November December last year I weighed in my heaviest I have ever been and that was 98kgs. I was eating so much junk food and consuming so much sugar to cope with the stress and training became no longer. I was tired all the time and not motivated. I lacked so much energy and I started to feel depressed and hated my body for it. I decided 1st of January I'm going to start my challenge and feel great for the new year 2016.
End of 2015 I felt depressed and emotional, 2016 I feel amazing. I can get up in the mornings and train 2 times a day and play touch football during the week. My fitness levels gone up to 70 percent and I'm loving life right now. The products I used to get my results was the slim set.
