Llevo varios retos y al principio hago todo muy bien, al pie de la letra pero conforme empiezo a ver cambios favorables y que me gustan, dejó de hacer las cosas muy bien y voy retrocediendo.
Este reto fue al revés, no comencé muy bien pero a la mitad más o menos decidí que era tiempo de dejar de auto sabotearme y empezar a confiar más en mis capacidades y también se que no voy a parar hasta tener el cuerpo que quiero.

Los productos los use de la siguiente manera:
yor Shake después de hacer cross fit de tres a 4 veces por semana
Repair: 2 en ayunas
Digest: antes de la comida
Esta vez agregué los aceites esenciales de la siguiente manera:
Jengibre y toronja en ayunas (tres gotas de cada uno)
Limón, naranja y bergamota con mi agua
