Estoy muy contento de haber terminado el reto de 8 semanas. Los resultados han superado lo que yo pensé que ligaría.

Subir de peso en masa muscular es algo que para mí no es fácil lograr y lo único que hice fue seguir el régimen simple de toda la línea de los productos y hacer mis actividades normales, yo lo tuve a que agregar ninguna disciplina extra.

Hoy me doy cuenta que la nutrición hace la diferencia en el rendidamente de mi cuerpo. Estoy seguro que en mi próximo reto lograre mejores resultados.
