I work for an airline as a global Analyst and have to travel across the globe often. I was always under the impression that as long as ate organic food I was set and healthy. Don't get me wrong, I love to eat and let's not talk about desserts.
Before I even knew about the 8-week YOR challenge existed, I was going through a lot of emotional challenges in my personal life. I would sleep every chance I got, I would cry and not truly understand why I was so emotionally and mentally weak.
One day, I met a wonderful woman (beautiful inside and out) who asked me to stop wasting my money on organic food as I was not digesting my food properly. I, the organic Goddess didn't believe her so I kept on going my sad way. Little did I know she was right!
I joined the 8 week challenge, on my first challenge I lost 6LBS in 10 days. I loved how i felt but failed to post my after picture as I was shy about sharing my picture with the world.
Now that I completed this challenge, I am very happy as I lost 2LBS and can see more muscle! I am not very savvy yet about all that involves on muscle gaining but what I do know is that I'm inspired to start my next challenge and continue to tone.
At 36 I never felt so great! Physically, mentally and emotionally.
My morning routine as soon as I get out of bed
Probiotic and repair, 8-12 oz of water
My MRP shake with water, ice, cinnamon oil, 2 fruits for breakfast

In the afternoon my super greens as my snack

I would eat lunch and dinner normally
An a late snack/dinner after 8pm I would take a another MRP to avoid any fattening meals/treats

As a workout- i would walk as much as I could and always do yoga stretches in the morning.
I can't wait to feel and look better and better.
