I'm 22 years young with an athletic type body. However, I'm a food lover so sometimes that athletic body is hidden under a little bit of food :P. Being in YOR Health since May of 2010 I already know how amazing the products are so when we came up with the 8 week challenge I told myself, "Hey this is a great opportunity to get that body I want as long as I stay strict on the products and go to the gym consistently (getting the body you want is 70% diet and 30% working out)." So I did, I started the challenge. My "weapon" of choice to destroy the excess fat and gain that muscle I know I could get was YOR MRP, YOR Supergreens, YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR Repair Ultra, YOR Essential Vitamins, YOR Digest Ultra and YOR CompleteBurn.
My beginning weight was 148 and my ending weight was only 149. Even though I didn't hit my goal weight (153) it's OK because I know I lost excess fat and waste and definitely gained a couple pounds of muscle :). I went to the gym 5 days a week. I took week 6 off to give my body a solid rest and continued to hit the gym hard for the last couple weeks.
Every morning I would wake up and take 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra and 1 YOR Repair Ultra. I would take 2 YOR Essential Vitamins and 1 YOR CompleteBurn with YOR Supergreens right after breakfast. After the gym I had 2 scoops of YOR MRP. When I got home after the gym I would take 2 more YOR Essential Vitamins. Before going to bed I would take 1 more YOR Repair Ultra. Also, during every meal I would take 1 YOR Digest Ultra.
This regimen gave me tons of energy at the gym and in general. I have not plateaued yet and I am increasing weight every time I work out!
