My name is Michelle Fontes and I'm delighted to say that I did loose 2lbs during my 8 week challenge. I have always struggled to loose weight since I was a little child. I was always known as the chunky girl of the family and with time I began to feel very insecure. Also, I noticed that having the extra weight caused me to have trouble breathing when I exercise or just simply walk up a flight of stairs.That is when I told myself it was time for a change, time to stop being insecure and feeling like I can't breathe. My goal this challenge was to loose weight and tone up. I'm very glad to see the progress, toning is not easy, but I know I will for sure achieve my goals. I had my vanilla shakes one time daily, supergreens 2 times daily, fiber one time daily, probiotics one time daily, YOR vitamins daily, and the digest ultra with each meal. I exercised 4 to 5 times a week, where I lifted weights and also did 30 minutes of cardio each time. I feel so much lighter and healthier, my breathing troubles are occurring less each day. I'm super excited to know that being part of a community of people that are always looking to achieve their goals and live a healthier lifestyle is making my journey such a more success. I feel truly blessed and greatful to have the Yorhealth products part of my life and cannot imagine myself without them. Now it's time to join another challenge and see myself in my dream body.
