This challenge has made me really appreciate all the products. The day I entered the challenge, I didn't know what I was really going to face because I didn't have all the products to begin with; and, I also have an upper-back pain that makes it hard for me to recover after a long workout. My exercise was a consistent exercise daily for about an hour a day, then I gradually started taking 2 rest days to let my body recover. I didn't allow my back-pain to stop me. I kept going as much as I can and challenge myself to do better. I started running out of products within my first 2 weeks. I only had: fiber, repair ultra, supergreen and digestive. After the two weeks, I reorder MRP, Repair ultra, complete burn, fiber and digestive. I didn't have a choice but to work with what I had at the moment. I started to doubt myself because I wasn't able to compete with anyone if I had only a small amount of products and had to watch my exercise routine. After 8 weeks: I am really happy with my results. I dropped 6 pounds and tone out my arms, tone out my stomach and have 2 little packs. I see more definition in my face now. I'm looking forward to achieving more definition every where!
