I put on weight but lost 4.1% body fat which I was amazed by. So at the start of this challenge my body fat % was 43.9 and is now 40.8%. I seem to find it extremely hard to lose weight even when I am eating healthy and working out regularly I don't seem to lose weight or notice much difference. But getting my body fat % done and seeing the difference is reassuring that its working.
My typical supplement routine is Morning - take repair, drink water with lemon Bare Oil and shake with water, super greens, berry blast, fibre and glow powder (sometime peppermint Bare Oil). Ultra Slim before meals when I remember, and digest during and after meals. Gym - sometimes inhale peppermint Bare Oil before, amino hydrate during and after. Afternoon - shake with water, super greens, berry blast and fibre. Night - probiotic and sometimes repair.
I went through periods of regularly exercising then would have breaks when I went away and when I was sick.
I really enjoyed participating in this challenge as it helps me keep engaged with my progress and goals and encourages me to be accountable. I wouldn't have achieved or noticed my body fat % loss if it wasn't for this challenge.
