My Daily diet routine starting with
Repair and Probiotics upon waking
Breakfast 2 scoops of MRP, sachet of Berry Blast, one ripe banana and one weetbix
11 o' clock snack was a scoop of Super Greens with 2 drops of Pink Grapefruit Bare Oil
Lunch chicken and egg salad sandwhich/roll
Afternoon snack/post workout 2 scoops of MRP
Dinner small serve of Rice with either chicken, pork, beef or fish and a serve of raw vegetables
