En este segundo reto me he sentido diferente pues no solo continué cuidándome con mis suplementos de YorHealth sino que comencé a cambiar mi alimentación, aunado a eso he incorporado a mi estilo de vida los aceites esenciales Bare Oils, los cuales han apoyado mi meta de mejorar mi salud.
Por las mañanas en ayunas tome los probioticos, así como un vaso de agua con aceite esencial de limón o combinando limón y toronja. Después, como desayuno, tome la malteada Yor Shake; a medio día tomaba el supergreens con unas gotas de aceite esencial de naranja o en ocasiones el Yor Berry Blast igualmente con aceite de naranja. Antes de la comida tome una cápsula de Yor Digest y dos cápsulas de Yor Shape. Durante el reto hice poco ejercicio y al final del mismo ingresé a natación, notando que los suplementos mejoraron mi rendimiento en dicha disciplina.
Amo mis suplementos pues tengo energia todo el dia, me siento bien nutrida y definitivamente mas delgada. Estoy feliz tanto con los suplementos de Yor Health como con los Aceites Escenciales!!!
