This challenge has had a huge impact on my life. I entered into it because I'm promoting YOR and what better way to promote then by taking the challenge myself. During this challenge I made a commitment to myself to take the supplements as recommended, eat healthy and excersise daily.
The supplements I use are MRP, super greens, berry blast, fiber, essential vitamin, digest ultra, probiotics, and repair. One example of how my day goes is...
I take repair first thing in the morning and kick start my day with a superblast. An hour later I have eggs with veggies and grainy bread. Go dance for 2 hours then have an MRP with fiber and a piece of fruit. Around 3/3:30 I'd eat a meal consisting of greens, some sort of grain and a protein then go teach dance until 10. Usually around 7 ill have a second MRP with fiber. When I get home at night I have fruit, nuts and supergreens. Before bed I have 2 repair and probiotic.
In the first 6 weeks of the challenge I wasn't seeing much change in my body, but I felt fantastic and my digestion was the best it's ever been! With the last 2 weeks I made a new commitment because I was determined to have change. I cut out all coffee, alcohol, white flour, sugars, and dairy. On top of my ballroom dance training everyday, I alternated between cardio and weights 6 days a week. This paired with eating extremely clean and supplementing made the best difference in my body. Not only do I feel amazing and have so much energy, I am beginning to show the results for the work I'm putting in! I absolutely love YOR health and thank Jonathan Welly for introducing it to me.
