Hola amigos de Yor, me llamo Jesús y éste es mi tercer reto! Estoy muy contento de ya llevar 6 meses tomando mis productos yorhealth.. Mi peso se mantuvo estable.. Baje otros dos kilitos pero gane masa muscular! Me siento con mucha energía y fuerza, la malteada y el yorrepair nunca los dejo...para mantener mi peso y ya q antes al correr me dolian las rodillas y ese dolor fue desapareciendo .. El berryblast lo tomo cada dos o 3 dias ya q es una bomba de energía q me mantiene despierto incluso cuando duermo 3 o 4 hrs en la noche.
Mi rutina de ejercicios si es constante y me considero disciplinado ya q fijo q ejercios voy hacer durante la semana.. Practico de 40 min a una hora 6 dias y un dia descanso.
