Como ya he mencionado, para mi había sido muy difícil poder ganar masa muscular porque mi metabolismo es muy rápido. En esta ocasión logré aumentar % de masa muscular y reducir la grasa, e incluso hacer ejercicios cardiovasculares moderados a intensos. Nunca imagine que podía llegar el momento en que disfrutaría de poder jugar futbol, entrenar, ir al gimnasio, y todo con el resultado de tener un cuerpo mejor formado.
Todo toda la linea de nutricionales. El Muscle Energy ha sido una maravilla para tener energía en mis juegos y entrenamientos sin perder masa muscular.
Mi rutina incluye ir al gimnasio 5 días a la semana. Hago de 30-45mins con pesas y 25-45 mins de elíptica o entrenamiento de futbol, u juego.
Otra cosa que descubrí es que, después de 4 años sin jugar futbol soccer, ahora que he regresado sigo teniendo muy buena condición física y resistencia. Me recupero muy rápido como si aun tuviera 20 años.
Me siento feliz ahora que puedo practicar el deporte que mas me gusta y continuar trabajando en mantener mi cuerpo atractivo.
