Hi! Every one
I'm Jorge, when i started Yor best body challenge, my weigth was 174 lbs (79 kgs) and my goal was to lose 14 lbs(6 kgs).
When I completed the challenge my weight was 162 lbs (73.5 kgs).
How I did it?
At morning when I woke up, my first step was to take Probiotics. Twenty minutes after, it was time for my Orange juice with súper green or berry with S.G. At middle morning i drank two portions of shake (vainilla was my favorite). Before my meal one capsule of digest ultra and sometimes after meal i took my vitamins. At evening my two portions of shake or sonetimes a granola bar. As a dinner i'm tried to avoid it, but when it was imposible, my dinner was a Sandwich.
For all january month i was practicing TRX, but on february i leave it. Last week i started again. Nevertheless i'm play soccer almost all week.
I'm feel so happy to be part of Yor health's family and really i like so much all products, specialy when people ask me, what l am doing?..
