I want to be an example to people, to show them that you can do anything you want to do, no matter what size your body is!

Before starting the challenge I weighed in at 95kg, I was unmotivated and not feeling or looking my best. I would easily bloat after meals and be left feeling tired and lethargic. I was hospitalised for sometime due to an illness and that's when I put on soooo much weight!

This is definitely not the case anymore!

In the mornings I have a Super Blast Shake (1 scoop YOR Super Greens, 2 Scoops Fibre Plus and a Berry Blast), with lunch and dinner I take a Digest Ultra and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins and before bed each night a Probiotics Ultra and Repair Ultra. I would also use the YOR Shake for breakfast if I was running late or after workouts. My exercise routine consisted of 3 days of resistance training each week, 30 minutes of cardio most days and pilates once a week.

The challenge has helped me gain my motivation and confidence back. On the products my body continuously surprises me with the way it feels, looks and performs. I'm lifting heavier in the gym so feeling much stronger and my endurance has increased dramatically so I'm feeling fitter than ever before.

The products have also allowed me to eat more and still lose weight, which is incredible. I'm no longer left feeling bloated and lethargic after my meals instead I feel lighter and energised! Not to mention I'm finally seeing some definition in my mid section which has never happened! I was starting to debate whether I actually had abs! But they do exist and are finally showing! I couldn't be happier!
