Debo reconocer que al principio estuve un poco al margen ya que siempre he hecho ejercicio cardiovascular, sin embargo al ver los resultados de la gente que esta a mi alrededor me motivo a iniciar esta maravillosa aventura. Realmente como Nutriologo me fue difícil aceptar mas no imposible, el método fue bastante sencillo, consumir mrp, yor fiber plus y supergreens como desayuno y cena, junto con una yor vitamin y yor probiotics respectivamente, la comida la realice como normalmente la estaba haciendo, y la acompañe con un yor vitamin y un yor digest. Los ejercicios cardiovasculares fueron con una frecuencia de 4/7. Estoy muy agradecido con los resultados... voy por mas :D
