Hola amigos del reto!
Este tiempo para mi a sido maravilloso la verdad Yor Health me cambio la vida. Me senti desinflamada como hace mucho tiempo no lo hacia. Aprendi y sigo aprendiendo de lo maravilloo que reacciona nuestro cuerpo al momento que te reconcilias con el y decides darle salud. Mi rutina de ejercicio contribuyo a no desesperarme ya que me ayudo a relajarme y ver resultado. Se que aun me falta por bajar y cada dia pienso en como me sentia antes de yor y eso me motiva a no dejarlo. Los invito a que se sumen a ete reto de 8 semanas ya que para mi a sido una bendicion.

Mi regimen consistio en lo siguiente. Al despertar me tomaba los Yor probioticos y Yor repair posterior me prepara mi Yor supergreen juntamente la fibra minutos despues realizaba mi rutina de ejercicio y disfrutaba de mi malteada Yorshake. Una hora antes de cada alimento me tomaba las Yorshape que me ayudaron a controlar mi ansiedad y las vitaminas durante cada comida. Asi como las enzimas digestivas nunca me faltaron durante mi comida para tener mejor absorcion y buena digestion Yor ultradigest y terminaba mis dias preparando mi cena con una deliciosa malteada de vainilla.
