I will be 100% honest in saying this has been a slow process for me- but one I am proud of finishing nonetheless. This 8 weeks has been more about changing my mindset first and then starting to see my body change along with it.
Since I started the challenge I have been taking the Yor health supplements daily which include super greens,berry blast and fiver in the morning with probiotics. I also use digestive enzymes with every meal and have taken super slim and Yor shakes every now and then but not on a daily basis.
I have been doing weight training 3-4 times a week for 30-45 mins which I have recently increased to 4-5 times a week.
Since I can remember I have had a bad relationship with nutrition. My whole life I was an elite gymnast so was always on a strict diet and training non stop. 3 years ago I was 15kgs smaller than what I am now due to this intense regime. Naturally when I quit the sport I put on the weight but it has continued to increase and I have been struggling to understand what a "normal" diet is. This is something I am working on and I am ready to get straight into the next 8 week challenge where I am adamant I will see better physical results.
