Hola a todos aqui estoy nuevamente feliz de terminar mi reto de 8 semanas, inicie mi reto con 89 kg (196 lb) y lo termine con 83 kg (182 lb) ,la verdad fue facil ya que lleve el regimen:
En la mañana al despertar (6:00 am) Probioticos y Repair.
Luego Yor Shake (7:00 am)
A media manaña una fruta como colacion manzana , pera , platano , naranja.
Luego Yor Shape (11:00 am)
A la hora de lacomida mis alimentos los acompañaba con una capsula de Digest .
Luego un sobre de Berry Blass (2:00 pm)
A media terde otra colacion.
Luego Yor Skake (8:00 pm)
Es importante mencionar que a lo largo del dia ingeri el agua suficiente.
Ahora traigo mas energia ,reduje talla de cintura, la ropa se me ve mejor me queda mejor y yo me veo mejor eso le encanta a mi esposa jajaja.
Se que aun me falta para estar en la mejor version de mi pero se que estoy en el camino correcto para poder lograrlo
solo hay que tener diciplina y actitud .
