¡Hola!, decidí iniciar el reto este año porque en unos meses me casaré y tenía un año de no hacer ejercicio debido a problemas graves de salud, digestivos principalmente y no me sentía en la mejor forma, conocí el reto y empecé a probar los productos, me encantan, las enzimas ahora son parte de mi vida, mi sistema digestivo se regularizó y me siento cada día mejor por dentro y por fuera, me permitió regresar al ejercicio ahora lo que hago es una hora de Pilates 3 veces por semana.

Al despertar tomo Repair con los probioticos y después de hacer ejercicio desayuno Shake con fibra, cada comida la acompaño con Digest y Shape, creo que este reto y los productos llegaron a mi vida en el tiempo indicado.
