He vuelto al reto! Me descuidé un poco y obviamente hubo consecuencias. En esta ocasión hice muchas modificaciones en mi alimentación y mi actividad física.

Iniciaba mis mañanas con YOR MRP a las 8:00 hrs. Después mis colaciones y comidas siempre acompañadas de mis Digest. Por lo tarde hacia 1 hora de pesas más 40 minutos de ejercicio cardiovascular, tomando un té verde o de frutos rojos con 3 gotas de aceite de limón de Bare Oils. Terminando mi día de nuevo con YOR MRP.

Considero que obtuve buenos resultados, aún falta trabajar pero estamos de nuevo en el camino.

Me siento llena de energía y con ganas de mejorar y llegar a mi meta!
