¡Hola! ¡Soy Jessica! Tengo 22 años y estoy muy feliz por haber terminado mi primer Reto de YOR Health; además de estar feliz por los cambios que mi cuerpo tuvo en estas 8 semanas.
Este RETO yo lo inicié porque no soy una persona que realice ejercicio constantemente, por cuestiones de escuela, trabajo y otras actividades, cuando supe de YOR Health me pareció una buena alternativa para lograr mi objetivo de disminuir el tejido adiposo de mi abdomen. Durante las 8 semanas me sentí super bien.
