I started my 3rd challenge shortly after getting hired at the YMCA. I stepped on the scale and was surprised that I was the heaviest I had ever been. Because I was hired as a wellness coach and personal trainer, I knew that I had to be a promoter of my profession. Honestly, I wasn't surprised that my weight was 184.4 pounds because I could count on one hand the times that I had been to the gym since my return to Houston from Sydney, Australia. My life had changed - no longer was I walking to work or to catch the train. I was driving everywhere. In many cases, the food in Houston is really tasty, enticing and unhealthy. I indulged; I stressed to get back acclimated -- I haven't lived in Houston since 2008 -- and my motivation to stay healthy took a hit as well. However, I am thankful to have a job at a gym. I knew that I didn't have any excuses. I started back working out and changed some of my eating habits. I knew how and when to take my supplements, so I did just that. I mixed the MRS vanilla with supergreens and fiber plus for breakfast. I would drink the shake and have a completeburn capsule. Honestly, I didn't eat as well as I should for lunch in many cases but I knew that the digest ultra would help break down the heavy food and also help with absorption. When I would feel a little tired, I'd either mix another scoop of supergreens with a berryblast or just drink a BB with about 12oz of water. Sometimes I would have two heavy meals a day, which I would take 2 digest ultra. I kept this routine up throughout the challenge while working out on average about 3 times a week. The last 2 weeks, I drunk about 1 gallon of water a day and ran 5k before I would do some weight-lifting. My co-workers started to see my transformation and inquired about what I was doing. I told them about the challenge and some are considering on giving it a go! It feels really good to have others inquire and some of my clients on the products. I have impacted people in Sydney and now in Houston, Texas. Even though this is my 3rd challenge, I will continue doing challenges because not only do they help me get back in shape, it also help others realize that they can do it to!!!
