Seguimos reemplazando la grasa por músculo!!

En mis retos anteriores, me había costado mucho trabajo empezar a ganar masa muscular y a reducir mi porcentaje de grasa corporal, así que decidí hacer algo diferente!
Decidí llevar una dieta con nutrióloga para que me guiara acerca de cómo alimentarme en conjunto con los suplementos de YOR.
Estuve comiendo 5 o 6 veces por día, muchas verduras, frutas, alimentos con alta proteína y bajo carbohidratos.
