Before starting the challenge I was weighing 84kg and I felt that I didn't have control of my routine and had life controlling me rather than the other way around. I was in a position where unwanted fat was piling on.
In early January I looked myself in the mirror and said "enough is enough" and I made a decision then to join the challenge to really get the motivation back up! I find that being in the challenge and the prizes to win is a great incentive to get fit and healthy. I decided to give it my all, and be in it to win it! I'm living a very hectic life being a full-time university student and working as much as possible on the side, but the challenge has definitely helped me to get back on track! I am now weighing 77kg!! I trained 3 days per week. I start everyday with probiotics, then my supergreens & berryblast with some lemon Bare Oil. At lunch and dinner I always have my enzymes to help with digestion and to make sure I absorb all the nutrients. Repair Ultra and the protein I use the days I train to enhance my recovery. I've tried other supplements in the past, but they have not given me the same energy and results at all. The challenge and the supplements has helped me remarkably!
