As it says my name is Cameron, after a daily lazy and gluttony filled Christmas period I decided to undertake an 8 week body challenge. The aim was to focus on my diet and dedication to my workout routine as both had taken a hit over the festive period. My main goal was to ultimately feel better at the end of the eight weeks as I felt pretty crappy at the start of the challenge. If I was able to add some size and drop my body fat percentage then it was a bonus!
I managed to add some size and drop my body fat % ;). I also feel so much better, feel stronger and happier in that sense
Essentially I used all the YOR Health products. Probiotics every morning, berry blast before every workout, supergreens and fibre in my daily shakes, the delicious MRP shake post workout and that dangerous time between lunch and dinner when I find myself craving some junk food. Digest ultra with every meal and the God sent Repair Ultra every night and after every workout.
I exercised every morning, with a steady weight training regimens. In the evenings I either undertook some light cardio or some specific core training. Usually training a minimum of 6 days a week. Every now and then having a rest day where I maybe went for a swim.
Post festive period this is probably the healthiest I have ever been and I feel GREAT!! However I'm not satisfied with the results I achieved in the last 8 weeks, don't get me wrong I'm pleased with what I was able to achieve, especially after falling sick for a few days towards the end of the challenge. I'm hungry to achieve bigger and better results! Watch this space, I'll be back for more challenges very soon but thank you YOR Health. I feel great and I have your products to thank for it!
