Feeling super good about this challenge! Got to spend it working out with more people and became apart of some great positive and motivating groups.

I started off under 70kgs at 69kgs feeling too light and skinny for how I wanted to look and feel. As a result of the challenge, eating well, using the YOR Health supplements and getting some proper guidance from a personal trainer, I was able to gain 4kgs.
It was 1kg under my goal weight but it was the closest to reaching my goal I have come.

The supplements are awesome beyond words and they were a huge part of how I achieved my transformation.
I used the YOR Probiotics and YOR Repair Ultra nightly, the Digest Ultra and Essential Vitamins with 2 out of my 5-6 meals a day.
I also used the YOR Shake with a drop of Peppermint BARE Oil as a post workout and often made super smoothies with the Supergreens and YOR Shake, YOR Fiber Plus, fruit, and coconut yogurt.
Berry Blast and YOR Amino Hydrate accompanied every workout and helped me to push hard and recover quicker without the 'wanting to scratch my face off' symptoms of a lot of the synthetic pre-workout supplements.

On top of using the YOR Health supplements I made a really great muscle rub with the BARE Oils and face scrubs, shampoos and body wash which helped my skin to stay super healthy and my muscles didn't feel cramped and sore from the hard training.

I got trained by a great personal trainer (Hollie) once a week, attended 2 group fitness sessions a week and trained on technique and strength by myself 4 times a week as well. I was surprised at how hard I was able to keep pushing myself after each previous workout!

I am so thankful for YOR Health and the YOR Best Body 8 week challenge for giving me such a flexible and effective platform to fulfil my nutrition and motivational needs! I feel very proud and a lot more confident now compared to 8 weeks ago and I am going to continue working hard and pushing my body to its limits. I LOVE IT!
