Every year my New Year's Resolution was to lose weight, gain muscle mass and health but it has not turned out that way. Turning at the age 40 this year, I tell myself that if I don't push and build the confidence to start now, how much longer and older will I be or wait before I am not being able to. Throughout my whole life I am a fulltime worker and have big circle of families and friends around the world. As every week gathering with families and friends for event of celebrations eating and drinking away on the weekends. It was hard to control eating and drinking at anytime of day and night. I often go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week, but due to all the junk foods and drinks I intake, I couldn't lose weight or gain any muscle mass.

When i first learned about company in January 2016, moving into health and wellness, I was skeptical. Prior to Yor Health, I have never use dietary supplements before. As a starter, I started with the slim set. The two most efficient products I take is Digest Ultra and Meal replacement Shake (MRS). Taking digest ultra 2 to 3 times a day as it improve my break down of proteins and support lean body mass by increasing my body internal production of enzyme. Makes my body feels good with no more bloated stomach. Drinking MRS to replace meals twice a day, controls my eating breaking down to small portion of snacks 3 to 4 times a day and still have the energy to work at my full time job and to go to the gym 3 times a week about 1.5 hours each time. Here on my first eight weeks challenge, my started weight was 200 lbs, I have loss 13 lbs. I feel strong, more energy, able to control my eating and limited my drinks, motivation to be more in activities, gym, work and the confidence to create the frame that I am thriving for.
