Hi my name is Damien Scannella. I am 23 years old turning 24 in 2 days. I decided to take do this challenge because I heard about these products and thought they were to good to be true. so I had to put them to the test! Before starting this i was normally sluggish and tired, i rarely had the motivation to go work out after work and barely made it to the gym once or twice a week. the challenge was an amazing experience as I have never been so motivated in my life to change my body and sculpt it like never before. I've always wanted to sculpt and get that super beach body. I've played American football for a large part of my life where I've been only working out during football season and during the winter I would hibernate. I've always been looking for a healthy supplement as I don't enjoy synthetically made supplements. They have resulted in a bad health side effect. either my digestive system would start messing with me or I would experience other problems. So I gave up on supplements. until I found yorhealth. These products have enabled me to maximise my workouts and my recovery time has been reduced so I've been able to push myself harder at the gym than ever before. One of my favourites is the berryblast.
During this 8 week body challenge I worked out 5-6 times a week, sometimes twice in one day. I would normally never be able to stay committed to a workout regimen because I would be too sore after the first week or the second week that I would miss a few days and would then give up.
During this 8 week period I took the yorshake after every workout, and for breakfast along with my normal breakfast. I took 3 yoressential vitamins upon rising and 3 upon going to bed. I took yor repairultra also upon rising and going to sleep. I used yordigest ultra to help digest heavy meals and to enable myself to consume more food than I normally would during meals. I used yorprobiotics also upon rising and going to sleep. During my last two weeks I used yor completeburn to really sculpt my body as during the first 6 weeks I focused on gaining weight. along with all the supplements I would endulge myself with yor bare oils to help relax and ease muscle discomfort. The most frequently used oils were black pepper, peppermint, frankincense and majoram. All I can say is my body has felt the benefits of using these products and I'm a lot happier now that my body is feeling better than it was before I started using these products.
