Hola a todos
Este es mi ciclo número 13. Me sentí bien con mis cambios actuales aunque sé que puedo dar más.
Siempre fui una persona que le gusto ejercitarse. Sin embargo con el ajetreo del trabajo (me dedico a los bienes raíces y recientemente he comenzado a trabajar actuando en el cine) hay veces en que no puedo entrenar más que tres horas a la semana. A veces trabajo de 7 de la mañana a 10 de la noche y no me alcanzo a dar el tiempo de ejercitarme. Sin embargo procuro siempre organizarme para poder tener mínimo media hora al día de actividad física.
Aunque baje de peso en lugar de subir le vi el lado bueno ya que siento que queme grasa que me estorbaba.
Pero hoy mismo me he de inscribir a otro reto y a seguir hasta ganar.
