Yo empece tomando la linea con una peso de 69 kilos, cuando inicie el reto ya pesaba 65 kilos, el reto lo inicie por que dije solo tomando la linea he bajado 4 kilos pues con el reto voy a bajar más, baje 6 kilos en el reto, pero lo mas padre es que baje 3 tallas. yo sufría de gastritis, colitis, en fin todo, inflamación, los kilos fueron pocos, pero creo que la linea se enfoco mas en alinear mi sistema digestivo; que hoy gracias a ella me siento de maravilla.
los productos que tome fueron:
Tomo todas las mañana una gota de bare oils limón con agua tibia.
Después la Yor Shake de vainilla, con
Yor Super Green y Yor Fiber.
En la comida dos capsulas de Shape 15 ante de los alimentos y 2 capsulas de Digest en la comida.
Ejercicio 2 veces por semana.
La verdad no hice el reto como debía, no fui persistente, ni tuve disciplina, y aun asi tuve muchos cambios, sobre todo el hecho de no tener inflamación, y de irme compactando , las piernas se me marcaron.
