Proud and Ecstatic
Over the christmas and New years break I went on a big holiday overseas with my partner and baby boy so the in laws could meet our new addition to the family.
After 7 long weeks away of little to no exercise, lots of stodgy winter foods and festive drinks it was time for another 8 week challenge!!
I've titled this journal as proud and ecstatic as i'm simply blown away with the goals I achieved and surpassed in these past 8 weeks.
I'm 36 years old, a new Mum and a lover of healthy food and exercise... and usually a bit of a sweet tooth ;)
My comfortable happy weight is 63kgs which was my goal weight after our big hurrah overseas.
What happened however when I went on this challenge and took it and the products serious I dropped an additional 2.5kgs off my goal weighing in today at 60.5kgs!! The lightest weight I have been since my teenage years - PROUD & ECSTATIC!
I entered two 30 day challenges (Squats then Abs) to keep myself accountable and challenged physically and said no to chocolate and daily casual sweets.
Surprisingly it wasn't nearly half a tough as I thought it would be thanks to our delicious YOR chocolate shake and fast recovery due to my body being alkalized, cleansed and YOR Repaired.
My YOR supplement regime goes a little like this:
Morning Super breakfast shake
BLEND:
500ml water
1 x scoop of greens
1-2 x scoops of fibre
1.5 scoops of Chocolate MRP
2 x tablespoons of coconut shreds
1/3 cup of fruit: Banana, strawberries, blueberries, pear (either or a mix of)
Every cooked meal:
1 x digestive ultra during mealtime
Evening:
1 x YOR probiotic
10ml of Herbal vitamin (still partially breastfeeding so I can't have YOR vitamins ATM)
