Yo siempre he tenido un cuerpo delgado y ver a las mujeres en las revistas marcadas de los brazos, piernas y abdomen para mi era frustrante porque iba al gimnasio y no lograba ver resultados.
Decidí unirme al reto porque vi la oportunidad de conseguir el cuerpo que quiero.
Mi día empezaba tomando probioticos en ayunas, después de una hora desayunaba algo ligero, iba al gimnasio con Muscle Energy y/o Super Greens mas un litro de Agua con aceite de toronja para eliminar grasas, terminando me tomaba mi Malteada de chocolate y Fibra , almorzaba normalmente y volvía a tomar un super greens como mi colación y cenaba.
En realidad incorporar los productos a mi alimentación fue muy fácil .
Y el día de hoy me siento muy bien conmigo, he visto como mi cuerpo se empieza a marcar, he creado nuevos hábitos alimenticios y el hecho de verme en el espejo y gustarme no lo cambiaria por nada.
