Hi everyone! My name is Sandra, I'm 21 years old and I live in Sweden.
Joining this 8 week challenge has meant alot for me. I had a very unhealthy relationship with food before joining. Whatever I was feeling I would always eat. Bored? Eat. Stressed? Eat. Happy? EAT! This led to over eating which led me to have a bloated tummy at all times. The food I was eating wasn't only unhealthy but it also didn't digest properly.
I realised my eating habits were really bad and I realised it a bit late. But nothing is ever too late. So I decided to join the challenge.
When starting the challenge I focused most on my diet but I did exercise as well. I worked out once a day but it was never too strict.
I started my day with drinking SuperGreens, BerryBlast and FiberPlus with a drop of yor lemon oil, after that I drank one litre of water and took 2 essential vitamins.
After every meal I would take 1-2 digest ultra pills.
In the beggining when it was hard to break my bad habit of eating, I took 4 SuperSlim a day to reduce hunger.
30 mins before every workout I would take 2 complete burn.
I've also had sleeping problems for years so every night I would take a couple of drops of Sweet Dreams oil on my neck and 2 drops of Clear Mind oil on my temples. The clear mind cleared my thoughts and the Sweet dreams made me sleep alot better.
Now that I've demolished those habits of mine I can finally say that my relationship with food is normal. I don't consume everything I see. I am never bloated any more and the cramps I had in my gut are completely gone.
I feel 100% better and I'm grateful for my friends who pushed me to take upon this challenge. Now I'm looking forward to next challenge!
