After returning from the Yorhealth Regional Event in January of 2016, I was inspired by all of the BestBody Winners. They looked so happy, healthy, and fit. Since that day I made a commitment to get on that stage no matter what!
In February 2016, I started my 8weeks best body challenge again! I couldn’t imagine going back to the old me! This person had no discipline, no action plan, and her life was spiraling out of control. Her weight was 170lbs. Those were dark days.
I understood that if I wanted to be my best self I had to learn about my strength and weaknesses.
One day I came upon a quote that said “Make Your Hurt Count”. It really stuck to me and where I was going with my fitness goals. If I wanted a great body I couldn’t be afraid to go all in, soreness in my body, sweating, and trying new workout routines. I started to go to a women’s sculpting class. Learn about proper workout methods and training with weights. Through it all, I had the YorHealth Supplemental line to help me. In the morning I would intake a vanilla protein shake, take a complete burn for energy, and 2 repair to help repair my muscles from the previous days’ work out. It gave me a quick morning boost without drinking coffee. I would have a nice sensible lunch with 2 digestive and 1 vitamin. At 4pm I would have a protein, berry blast, and super green shake to prep up for my 6pm women’s sculpt class. I always get pressure pain underneath my feet from working out so post work out I would apply coconut oils and 2 drops of basil bare oils to the soles of my feet and knees. That elevated the pressure pain and I was able to maximizes my workouts. Today I've lost 15lbs and can't wait for the next challenge.
Through this journey I’ve learned to have self-control and discipline. By having these two things I’ve learned to control the outcome of my situations. It’s not a quick fix rather a wholesome lifestyle change. I can’t compare or be jealous of others, but rather be inspire my their success.
