I only finished a challenge a few months ago and even though I was really happy with my results, I felt there was a few weeks where I dropped the ball a little, due to work and injuries so I entered the challenge again to push myself further and aim for a perfect 8 weeks.

I knew this Challenge would be a tough one as it started pretty much right on when I went back to work from holidays and its common for me to do 8-10 hour days on the tools which makes it difficult to get to the gym. Not just from a motivation standpoint - its hard just to get through a workout after a tough day at work. Even with a busy 8 weeks at work, with help from the YORHealth products, I was able keep my energy levels high to get in my weekly workout targets and overall very happy with this challenge.

I started the challenge weighing 76 kg / 167.55lbs and I currently weigh 77.5 kg / 170.85 lbs. I was aiming to gain 3 kilos in this challenge so fell short however Im still really pleased with my results. I made all my gym targets and stayed ‘relatively’ well behaved with my diet ;) I can’t say Im surprised with my results.. I saw big improvements in the last challenge so I knew if I kept a similar product regime and trained harder that I’d see similar results. This was how I took the products:

Morning: YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra with water followed by YOR SuperGreens and YOR Fiber Plus in my morning smoothie.

Peppermint Bare Oils - Would put 2 drops in Smoothies to aid in digestion
Pink Grapefruit Bare Oils - Mixed with YOR SuperGreens/Water to curb food cravings
Frankincense Bare Oils - Mixed in with Coconut oil to speed up muscle recovery
Eucalyptus Oil - On clothing during training to open up airways

As I said, Im wrapped with my results and my efforts. Kept strong with my diet and training, gained another 1.5kg and set a new standard for the next challenge.. Bring it on!
