Hi everyone :)!

This is my second cycle this year in the 8 week Challenge.
In my first challenge my goal was to have more defined abs and I was really happy with my results.
This time around my main goal was to build strength and get more definition in my arms.

I am so happy! I couldn’t be more excited about my results.
It may not sound like much for all the guys reading this but..
I can do 5 sets of chin ups and 5 Dips in a row without assistance (x3) :)!!!!
Like I said, it may not sound like a big deal but I couldn’t do this at the start of the challenge.

It wasn’t all easy in this challenge, I did have a few set backs.
1 Week before my challenge was to finish, I ended up with an unbearably painful kidney infection that kept me in bed for nearly a week.
I was determined not to let this hold me back, I took what I learnt about alkalising through Yorhealth and took super greens 4 times a day with a lot of parsley infused water so I could give my body the best environment for recovery and it made a huge difference!
After 3 days i did not need to use pain killers to sleep and after only 4 days I could walk again!
That meant i could get back into the gym and finish the challenge strong!
