Before I started my challenge I was feeling quite flat, as if my training had levelled off, so decided to join the challenge and give it everything I had.
I started at 87kg and was using the supergreens, berry blast and on the odd occasion, the digest ultra when I remembered.
During the Challenge I did not miss a day, training before work on week days with a mixture of surfing & beach runs in the soft sand on weekends. Starting with waking up every morning with Supergreens, berry blast and fibre in a short shaker cup of cold water, heading to the gym at 5:30am, training for an hour while having the Amino Hydrate then head to work.
When training shoulders, to keep a good circulation of blood to my joints, I would mix a blend of Peppermint, lavender, black pepper & Frankincense Bare oils with some fractionated coconut oil and rub it in before commencing weights which I believed helped prevent injuries and not to mention smell amazing!
During the day I would make sure I had the Digest Ultra and Essential Vitamins twice a day and sometimes if I had a really big day at work, I would have a second superblast in a short shaker cup to boost me up.
Before bed on an empty stomach I would take 1 Probiotic Ultra and at least 2-3 Repair Ultra, the Sweet Dreams Bare Oil blend in my diffuser set for an hour & sometimes 1 drop of Vertiver on the souls of each foot to make sure I had the best night sleep.
At least once a week I would relax my muscles in a hot bath of Epsom salt and lavender bare oils.
When I had a coffee, it would only be black with a little bit of cold water & the occasional drop of Peppermint Essential oil :)
The challenge has helped me push the boundaries of my physical limits and realise that the body can do amazing things if we feed it the right amount of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, fibre etc & the information in the thermo-slim program was very helpful.
I gave maximum effort & left nothing in the tank after every gym session and without the products I would not be able to do this with out becoming less efficient in training.
I cant wait to start my next challenge with my mates to see who comes out on top.
