Hola soy Ale Arvizu , tengo 34 años Comenze el reto con la intención de adquirir definición muscular , ya que era algo que siempre habia deseado obtener pero no conseguia , aunque entrenara muy duro e hiciera dietas estrictas , nunca veia cambio.
Quiero compartir que en las 8 semanas no cambie ni alimentación ni rutina habitual de ejercicio realizando cada tercer dia 45 min de mi actividad habitual en gimnasio.
Consumi solo la malteada como desayuno , 1capsula de probiotics x la mañana y 1 capsula de digest antes de comer y cenar todos los dias.
Estoy muy sorprendida y contenta con el resultado ya que durante 7 años de ejercicio no había obtenido la tonificación que deseaba.
