Hello Yor Health friends!
My name is BreeAna Ruiz I am 22 years old from Riverside CA. When I started my challenge I weighed in at 278lbs. My highest weight I have ever been at. So I have decided to join the 8 week best body challenge because I have always been a big girl my entire life. When I heard about these products it was only natural for me to want to try them. I mean why not I have tried everything else out there, so there was no way I was not going to give it a try. At the end of my challenge I weighed in at 258 lbs. I lost a total of 20lbs during my first challenge. Before the challenge my body was not healthy! I was always tired and had no energy. I also was not comfortable with the way my body looked or how I felt. Now completing and during my challenge I feel great, I am no longer tired and I have lots and lots of energy! I have never felt better!
Every morning I wake up I take 1 probiotic and 1 repair ultra. An hour later I drink a chocolate MRP and add fiber to it and I take 2 vitamins and one complete burn or berry blast. Two hours later I drink my super greens with 8 oz. of water and then at lunch time I would take super slim 30 mins before eating, then I take 2 vitamins and 2 digest ultra within a couple bites of eating. Snack time I would have another MRP with one complete burn. At dinner time I would take 2 super slim 30 mins before eating and 2 vitamins and 2 digest ultra and at dinner time I would eat chicken with vegetables or salad. Last but not least I would take one repair ultra at bedtime. During my the challenge I exercised 3 to 4 times a week sometimes 5.
After completing my very first challenge I can say that I will be doing another one! I love my results and I am very happy with how I feel and the way I look!
